Snowshoe Lending Program & Policy

- We have 3 Adult Snowshoes, 1 Mens, 1 Womens, and 1 pair that fits all. We have 6 pairs of children’s snowshoes. There are also poles and a carry bag.
- You can make holds by phone: 802-874-4901, email: librarian@jamaicavtlibrary.org or on our catalog: https://catalog.jamaicavtlibrary.org
- You must have a library card in good standing to check out snowshoes. Library cards are available to everyone. Contact our librarian to get one for yourself.
- You must be 18 or older to sign our waiver and check out snowshoes.
- You will be asked to sign a waiver before borrowing our snowshoes indicating that you understand the risk and potential injury when using snowshoes and you take full responsibility.
- If lost or damaged you will be responsible for the replacement of the snowshoes. (Snowshoe replacement cost: $75.00.)
- Snowshoes can be checked out for one week. Renewals can be requested but if there are other holds, the request may not be granted. There will be a $5 late fee charge for each day past the due date.
